One of my users did a simple copy and paste of a dozen Excel 2003 cells into the body of an e-mail message. The recipient got the typed text, but no image.
Both machines are using Outlook 2003 SP3 with Windows XP Pro SP2. I've tried a number of fixes that I've found on-line, but these all seem to apply to messages with images that are replaced by the red X. The content in this case is completely blank.
As an experiment, I've forwarded the message to another Outlook 2003 user and also an Outlook 2007 user. Both can see the image without difficulty.
The fixes I've tried included removing the Temp Internet files and removing the "OutlookSecureTempFolder" in the registry. I've also changed to HTML from Plain Text in the settings.
I've drawn a complete blank so far (sorry for the pun), has anybody got any other ideas?
Thanks
Robin
