Outlook 2003 - OOO Problem

Ok, so I can find this post a few times, but no real resolution posted, so I am going to through it back out there one more time.

When attempting to launch the Out of Office template, I receive this message "Your AutoReply message could not be displayed. The client operation failed"

Background: Exchange 2003, Outlook 2003 client
No, this is not happening on everyone.
Just a onesy twosy thing.

I have attempted to run detect/repair. I have deleted and re-added the profile. I have not been able to correct this problem.

Anyone have any ideas?
