Hi,

I am switching over from Office XP to 2003. With XP, it was possible to set up a link on the left hand menu so users only had ONE CLICK to get to the public calender. Does anyone know how to do this with Outlook 2003? Currently, I have to browse my "Folder List" to get to the calendar.

For example, can I add a "shortcut" to the top of the folder menu.

Thanks,
Peter

Thats okay, I figured out how to build the "Shortcut" menu and then set this as the default initial view with a registry edit.

This way I can set up the initial view/folders that I want to. Although, if users add a new MAIL folder, they will have to update the shortcuts menu themselves.
