I'm trying to fix my boss' Outlook. Each time he does a "Send & Receive" he is prompted to enter his password. Even when we enter the correct password and select "Save Password" it will still prompt for the password each time we do a "Send & Receive". I've looked around on the Internet for advice and followed the instructions for deleting registry key values under "Protected Storage System Provider" and it doesn't help. Anyone have any other ideas?
