Outlook 2003 issue

I have a user with outlook 2003 and exchange 2003 server

Everything was ok and then the users outlook won't update from the server all other functions on the pc work fine.


I rebuilt the pc

loaded Antivirus
office
sage
and all the other stuff the pc was working 100%


The next morning the same issue happend again


any ideas anyone



outlook web access works fine so i don't think its an exchange issue

outlooks no offline or anything

Hi,

You can try changing the outlook 2003 mode from cache to regaler mode.
Also check MS firewall settings.

The firewall is on and cannot be changed as a local or domain admin


but this is the same for all other machines


and they have no issues
