Outlook 2003 getting ldap error

I have one Outlook 2003 user on a Win2kSP4 box who gets "cannot contact LDAP Directory server (81)" everytime he clicks the "To" button in a new message. It cannot seem to query the DC but no one else is having this trouble. Anyone have any suggestions?

I fixed it. Some how Outlook had a LDAP address book added and set to the default. I'm assuming that this was a user error. Weird.
