When I print an email from outlook 2003 that has an attachment, the printed copy shows that the email had an attachment. This is on my own computer with default settings.

However, when users in the Terminal Server tries to do the same thing (the same email) the attachment is not included.

The TS has default settings on the client as well, so I wonder why is this?

Hi,

This is a none fault without outlook 2003 it has been fixed in service pack 1

"When you print an HTML e-mail message that has an attachment, there is no field or icon for attachments. This hotfix adds an Attachments box to the HTML e-mail message. This box displays the file name of the attachments."

If you go to help about it should say if you have service pack 1

Updated to SP3 and it now works like it should.

Thanks!
