Greetings.

I was working on my CEO's laptop attempting to add the Lotus Domino Connector option for outlook.
In other words, he already had an account setup in outlook.
I went into create new account, went to the Domino Connector or whatever its called. The system proceeded to hang after that. I was forced to X out of outlook.
Now, when I start outlook, it throws up the following generic error box: ERROR: The system cannot find the file specified.

After I click OK on that error box, Outlook hangs(NOT RESPONDING)
I uninstalled MS Office 2003 and reinstalled it. I get through the install screen after clicking Outlook 2003, then I get the same error again.

I created a new, test user on the system and logged into it.
Outlook starts fine on that account. I went into Docs & settings and when to his account and then renamed all the Outlook/Microsoft folders to backup or something similar.
Restarted Outlook and it still throws up that error.

Any hints, ideas what I should try next?

Thanks.

did you rename the outlook folders under both

<profile>\application data\microsoft outlook
AND
<profile>\local settings\application data\microsoft\outlook?

that should definitely fix it!
