Exchange server 5.5 sp4 running on a win2K server. We have upgraded some users to office 2003. With regard to Outlook 2003, some users notice that their address lists from the exchange server "disappear". One day, the address lists will include global, contacts, and the two that we've created via the exchange administrator program. The next day, only global and contacts will be shown. By shown I mean that they are in the list box under (from outlook) tools, address book, tools, options (bottom list box). I've seen that others have this issue from my searches on Google. I've not seen a solution. I'm thinking it's just exchange 5.5 and outlook 2003 not playing well together but I would like to know that there is nothing that I can do until my exchange gets an upgrade.

Thanks in advance.

Seems to be going around, I too have the same issues, closing Outlook and reopening also clears the issue. Right now I am of the opinion that it is an issue between Outlook 2003 and 5.5.
