Peridocially the outlook address book will lose its current setting. When you open the address book, on the right there is the Show Names from the: option which has a drop down arrow. It doesn't keep my defaulted setting. It will change it and then I don't even have the option to choose the one I had it defaulted to. It's gone. I have to close outlook and reopen it and it's fine then. It's not consistent either.
