Hi,

I have a user who's Outlook 2003 is adding 3 image files and a 4th file to any email sent outside of our network.

The files are named:

image001.gif
image002.gif
image003.emz
image004.gif

There are no images in the users Signature and these images are not related to our organisation.

I've searched the HD of the PC and none of these files show up.

Has anyone experienced this before and does anyone have any suggestions as to how to prevent this happening?

Cheers,
Leigh

Sure, if it has a microchip in it, it must be IT... Now what seems to be the problem with your toaster...?

Hi Lillabeth,

Nope, there's no stationery being used.

A real head scratcher this one!

try running without a signature for testing. sometimes there are hidden/embedded images/objects you wouldnt be able to see.
