We already have an POP3/SMTP Server, hosted outside company.
We wanted an Exchange for Groupware use. But this Exchange server will never have internet access, neither can be access from internet ( so no mail received and no mail send). We couldn't changed everything...

We wanted to disable all smtp/pop3 features in Exchange account, so that no user could send email through exchange ( because in that case, outside user will never receive their mails).

My problem is that by default, with two mail account set-up in outlook 2003 (one for mstp and one exchange), everytime the default send server is Exchange Server!!! And imagine the problem it can cause !! No emails delivered, and for internal mail, never read by outside users!!!

the goal is to user an Exchange for groupware, and still using External smtp server for email

Thanks
