Outlook 2002/WInXP - Some messages will not preview

Hey all,

I just changed my work machine from a 500mhz Win2k machine with MS Office 2000 to a 2.6ghz WinXp machine with Office XP. (a nice change non-the-less)

One thing that's bothering me though...we have these messages, I believe they are constructed by a form message. The preview pane will not load these messages. MS has a fix for it, but requires that you call in to get it (looking to get the $$).

Anyone out there have anything on this?
