outlook 2002 unable to reply or forward 1

Need more info. What version of Exchange? What version of Windows? What type of network? What else have you tried? Is it only with attachments? You can't just say unable to reply or forward and expect to get any good help.
If anyone calls and says "I know a little something about computers" just tell them to reformat it.

I've seen 2002 hang while trying to reply or forward when Word is enabled as the email editor. Of course this usually affects new messages too. Tools>>>options>>>mail format and uncheck the box if you want to try.
