Outlook 2002 the messaging interface has returned an unknown error

Hi all,

I have two clients that get this message randomly when sending email with an attachment. They are both using outlook 2002 (10.6515.6735) SP3 w/ the latest updates installed. I've done some searching on MSKB, came up w/ 6 articles, however, none of them really applied. The entire error message is: The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem persists, restart outlook.

Thanks for any help!
