Outlook 2002, Text-only

I'm trying to set up outlook XP so that all my mail (recieved, sent) is displayed as text-only. Is this possible?

Tools, Options, Preferences tab, Email Options and check the 'Read all standard mail in plain text' option.

Tools, Options, MailFormat tab and select Plain Text in the 'Compose Message in this Format' drop down list box.

I have the second one set and I poured through the Tools, Options, Preferences Tab, Email Options button and there was no "Read all standard mail in plain text" option.

My outlook is 2002 SP3 (1036515.6714) in case that matters.

It must be an enhancement added to Outlook 2003 as it is the fith checkbox down from the top of the dialog.
