A client of mine has a group of email addresses that he sends to regularly. Most email messages to this group have attachments. Some of these people he sends to receive the email message, but not the attachments. Who receives the attachments or not is random.
Sometimes email address 2 and 15 don't get the attachments with the email, and the next time email address 6, 12 and 23 don't get them. If this client resends to these email addresses again individually, they receive the email with the attachments just fine.
These email recipients have no problems receiving email with attachments from anyone else. This is happening on a regular basis only from this clients email account.
Has anyone seen this behavior before? What could be causing this to happen? Would this be a problem with Outlook 2002, or is this a problem with the ISP's mail server? Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
