I am upgrading to a new computer which has windows xp and outlook 2002 on it. My old computer has windows 98 and outlook 97. I am trying to migrate my pst file to the new machine. I have exported the pst from outlook 97. When I import the pst into outlook 2002, it does not bring in the subdirectories. I have checked the subdirectories box when importing. How do I import the subdirectories in a pst file to outlook 2002?
