When trying to dial the phone number of a contact in Outlook 2002, it (or the dialer or my modem?) doesn't seem to have the patience to let the dialing rules fully execute (call credit card #, dial number, dial acct #), instead it hangs up after 20 seconds (in the middle of the process). I've tried both "wait for prompt" and manual wait periods, no difference. Outlook returns the "call cannot be completed as dialed" error.
