We have MS Exchange 5.5 servers serving about 100 users running Outlook 2002 on Windows NT 4 WS. We also have several Organizational forms set up on one of the Exchange servers, so users can sent requests to different departments using standard e-mails.
Some of our users are having problems where they try to use a particular form and receive the error message "The form is not installed on this computer", and the form refuses to load. These are standard Domain Users, and have permission in Exchange to access the Organizational Forms library. The problem is sporadic, because it only occurs sometimes, with some forms. Other times, they can access the affected forms just fine.
Does anyone have some insight they can offer into this problem?
