Outlook 2002 (Office XP) Not printing e-mail messages

I have a user who trys to print an e-mail message from his Outlook and nothing gets sent to the printer. All other applications are printing fine though. There are no error messages or event logs that are creating any additional information. If someone knows of a fix, I would greatly appeciate it.

if the message is a forwarded message, make sure that you are viewing the forwarded message "inline" not as "atachment".
