Outlook 2002 not printing e-mail field headers

Hello, is there an option in Outlook that allows the To: CC: and Subject: fields to print or not print, when printing out an e-mail? I have one user where the fields do not print. It's not a printer issue, as I can print to the same printer without a problem. Any ideas? Thank you.

I have found that when you use Word as your e-mail editor, the To, Subject fields (etc) don't print for unsent messages. Does anyone know if this is a setting somewhere in Word? Thanks again.
