Hiya!

I have a client who has auto-archived extensive amts of email onto his local machine - probably just south of 2GBs.

Twice now he has come in and the autoarchived stuff is *poof* gone from his folder view.

If you navigate file - open then reopen the .pst file, the folders come back.

Why, though, do you think it's happening? I'm curious about what it might be.

Many thanks-

Ace

If in fact it's a personal folder .pst there has always been a problem when the size approaches 2gig.

While he still has access you should think about splitting the file into smaller files.

If the file exceeds 2gig you may need pst2gb.exe to at least save the 2 gig limit.

MS - I will look into that application. Thanks for the pointer.
