Outlook 2002 - Folder Problem - URGENT

I get the following error message:

Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the specified folder location. The .DLL file for the information service could not be found. MAPI was unable to load the information service pstprx.dll. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured.

There is a folder which I cannot delete and I believe it is causing a problem in XP. How do I remove the folder permanently? Have tried to remove in data files but it says it is related to an emsail account - yet I have deleted all the accounts!
