I am using Outlook 2002 under XP. I have all the patches applied.
We would like to create some mailing lists using Outlook's distribution lists function. However, we are concerned about privacy and would like to know if there is away to create the list so that when the recipients get the email using this list they would not see the individual emails, only the name of the distribution list.
Can this be done? Thanks!
