Outlook 2002 - Contacts listed twice

Weird outlook problem - Whenever we are creating an email,and select "to " to bring up a list of contacts, the contacts are listed twice. One of the contacts will be formated "Joe Sixpack (joesixpack@aol.com)" and the other contact will be formatted "Joe Sixpack (Business Fax)."

If I look at the contacts list, the contacts are listed only once.

Anyone know whats going on?

You probably have a fax software loaded on you machine, or on the network server, and that allows you to send faxes to your contacts without entering their fax number. It's a convenience feature (even if it bugs us).

Put their fax number in the comments field, but then you have to type the number if you want to fax.
