I need to share the Calendar for a machine using Outlook 2002 and see it in a Outlook 2003 machine. How do I do this, any documentation or link would help?

The mailbox where the calendar is located, is it in the PST (local workstation) or is it in the Exchange server as a mailbox.
IF it is in the exchange server then you can give rights to additional users to your mailbox and can achieve what you are looking at.
