I have a problem with Microsoft Outlook 2002 Address Book.
My clients used to use Outlook Express as their e-mail client but have now upgrade to Microsoft Outlook 2002 with an exchange server and have become inundated with address books, or rather address book filtering options. Is it possible if when you create a new message, and click on for example the "To" box, somehow remove the extensive options from the "Show Names From The" drop down box?
I've searched through the registry, i've searched for options on both the server and client PC's and can't find anything that can accomplish this. All they need is Work E-mail Addresses (Internal Mail, sourced from "ALL USERS" in the list) and their personal mail which was imported from Express which shows under Outlook Address Book >> Contacts.
I've asked a few people and they're not quite sure, I could've bet money that it was possible to do it in the registry but couldn't figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
