Hi Guys,
This is strange. Some of our employees get e-mails from china. When they open the e-mail, a window prompts them to download chinese simplified text to properly display the characters in the e-mail. They hit CANCEL, and they can read the e-mail fine. It's in english.
However, there is 1 user that whenever she tries to open the same exact e-mail, a large window displaying something about a virus takes up the whole screen. Then she has to end task Outlook. The e-mail does not have a virus as other users can open it. Her computer does not have any viruses either. Any ideas what is going on? This user is never prompted to install chinese text. It's just that big virus window that pops up.
