Outlook 2000 w/ Exchange: Not saving messages on server 1

I set up an employee so he could access his corporate email from home via a vpn. It works well, except any new emails are downloaded to his home pc, and don't remain on the server. Where is the setting in Outlook 2k to specify NOT to download the messages?

I think that your user is using a personal folder on his machine, rather than mailbox deilvery. Go to the Control Panel (of the user's machine) and go to the mail properties. In here, make sure that you have not got it set up to bring mails into a personal files folder (.pst file), but rather Mailbox delivery. Jay~
