Outlook 2000 Syncronization

Can anybody help with the following error:-

You need to recreate the offline folder.

1. Locate the path for the Offline folder if you don't know where it is already.
2. Close Outlook.
3. Rename the .ost file to perhaps something like .old
4. Open Outlook.
5. You will get a message the .ost file does not exist.
6. Click OK.
7. The next window will ask you to browse to the .ost but just leave the path as is and click OK.
8. You will get prompted if you want to create file. YES
9. Allow Outlook to resynchronize joegz
