I am needing to archive large amounts of emails from a shared mail account as the size of the account is now over 20mb. The archived mail needs to be shared by up to 3 users at a time which means .pst files are of no real use as I understand that only one person can access these at any one time. There is room on a shared server where this information can be archived but will this be possible so it can still be accessed in Outlook? Does anyone know of a practical sollution for this?
