Outlook 2000, "senders view" defaults to "expand all"

Hello,

have a problem whereby whenever you open outlook the "senders view" expands all the groups. If you select "collapse all", it works, but as soon as you either change view, then go back to senders view, or close, then open outlook, all the emails are expanded again. This fault only occurs in the "senders view". I've tried re-creating the outlook profile, but that doesn't work. I've checked out MS knowledge base, but that didn't help. This error is not specific to pc, either, i've tried it on my pc, and the error is there as well, though it is specific to the one email account? We are running MS exchange 5, winnt domain.

View ->current view -> customize current view. Click on Group by... Change your expand / collapse defaults (lower right hand side of the box). Click OK all the way out.
