Hi everyone! here is my problem, one of my users created a contact list that contains email addresses of people from outside our email organization. before when he created an email, he would choose the recipient from his contact list, then the full email address of the recipient would show up on the "to" box. but now all of a sudden the email address stop showing on the to box just the first and last name of the person his sending the email to. can anyone please tell me how to bring this feature back. thanks.

Sure. Are these Outlook Contacts or are they contacts created inside of a Personal Address Book (.pab)?

jaksen, I don't think that he's asking about Exchange accounts. I think he's asking about Outlook contacts and/or personal address books. Is this correct, vibestayo? ---------------------------------------

Open the contact and change the "Display As" field. You can just copy and paste the email address here if thats what you want it to show.
