Hello,

Has anyone seen this problem? In Outlook 2000 (running W2K), 2 personal folders are mapped but I do not see them in Control Panel-Mail. I cannot delete them, when I do I receive

"The operation failed. An object could not be found".

Any help much appreciated.
Regards,
Carlo

Have you tried deleting your mail profile and creating a new one? it should create a nice new shiny profile with no personal folders attached.

Other than the default profile, additional .pst files don't usually show up in Control Panel > Mail. Use Windows Explorer, and make sure your PC is set to show hidden files and folders, then search for *.pst. The default location when pst files are created is a hidden folder, so they may not show up without changing the setting, under Tools > Folder options > View.
