I have a user running Outlook 2000 in an Exchange 2000 environment. The problem is being seen on this one users system only.
When they open Outlook, all of the mail in their Inbox has the icon indicating that all of the messages are new messages (the unopened envelope). As soon as they scroll down, or minimize Outlook and then maximize, the mail shows properly as being read. The messages themselves are not bold, indicating they're unread, it's just the Icon that's saying it's a new message until the user scrolls.
This problem just started two days ago. No new software has been added, and no mods have been done to the system.
I suspect video card, but they have the latest NVidia driver installed.
Any ideas?
Thanks.
Dave
