Outlook 2000 multiple emails

I have an email account and I also belong to a group and receive emails both for my individual account and group account.

but whenever I wanted to reply from the email that belongs to group, I would like to have the email sent in the group address. I do not want my name to be in the sender list.

In order to achieve this,I tried to create an separate mail box. I tried but I couldnt create an mailbox in my outlook for the group.

Is there a separate procedure for creating mailboxes for groups

what would be the better solution to achieve this.
