I'm using MS Office 2000, I had to change the user in outlook 2000, when you go to tools and services, microsoft mail, when you enter the name of the mailbox, you also enter the mailbox password, and check the box "when logging on, automatically enter password", I have done this hundred times, but now the the box "when logging on, automatically enter password" is greyed out and I cannot check it. any ideas what I can do.
