I want to be able to make a notation on an email in outlook. Currently I am creating 'categories' in the emails. I have added a custom field to my outlook inbox message view screen, but I don't know how to populate it. Is there a way I can view the email and have an input line show on the screen for me to put the notation in and to save the email that way?
