Outlook 2000 mail notification

Hi
I have several new XP PRO machines running Outlook 2000. I have Outlook set for "Display a notification message when new mail arrives". The notification does pop up, but if you happen to have a different application up other than Outlook, the pop up is in the background and you just see Microsoft Outlook flashing on your taskbar. Is there any way to get the pop up to come up in front of all apps?

Not sure if it is a MS bug with OK2000 that may require a hotfix...

But I can tell you they have fixed this problem in Outlook 2003
