Hi,
When I try to reply or forward on Outlook 2000, the program freezes. I have to use Ctrl-Alt-Del to end it. This happened once before when was using Win 2000, but I can't remember how I fixed it (I think with your help). It might have something to do with svchost.exe, at least I had trouble with that file before. Can you help me?

Help -> Detect and Repair should be your first step. When you are using task manager, do you see two outlook.exes? If so, kill the one that is NOT using any CPU, the other should be using 90+. That is not the long term fix, but it is a workaround until you get one.

I didn't notice two outlook.exe's but that's a thought. Thanks.
