Outlook 2000 form sharing

If I create a form in outlook ex: for help desk type request), where is the file or configuration stored for the new form and how would you distribute the form to others? We have a share drive on the network and multiple people share the client PCs. Thank you.
 
If you have an exchange server, then the mail admin should create an Outlook folder called Company Forms. You publish the forms to that location. Only someone to whome the mail admin gives rights can publish to that folder.

Alternative, you can just save the form and distribute the OLF (I think?) files for people to put on their desktop...
