Hi, we are running Exchange 5.5 with mainly Outlook 2000 client. We have a number of public folders which hold meeting rooms. Does anyone know of a simple way to find a free space in any one of those meeting rooms at any time. Eg. "Tell me which meeting rooms are free next tuesday between 2 and 3 pm". I am pretty sure this can be done in Look but does anybody know of a free way to do it !

Thank God for the Internet.

It's can be done this way,

When you set-up a meeting there is a tab called "Schedulling" It should be next to the "Appointment" tab. Click on this and it should open up the area where you can select a time to shedule by draging the start and finish times.

Hope this helps.

Thanks, but I have no schedule tab ! Just appointment and attendee availablity. I don't need schedule+ or anything like that do I????

Thank God for the Internet.
