Outlook 2000 - custom forms - read form has closed envelop

Hi,

We use Outlook 2000 with an Exchange 5.5 server.
We made several custom forms. Recently I made some changes to a form and when you now receive this form and open it, it still shows a closed envelop instead of an open one.

I search the MS knowledge base but didn't find anything.
Anyone here has an idea what to do to fix this ?
If I'm correct, we had this before and were able to fix it but I have no idea what we did that time...
