Hi everybody,
General setup:
Server - Exchange 5.5
Client - Windows 2000 SP4, Office 2000
In Outlook 2000, we have been experiencing a weird problem seemingly on random computers. When we go to a particular public folder and click on "New" to create a new entry, instead of pulling up a blank form to fill in, it pulls up an existing entry in the Contacts folder! It's always the same name/address being pulled up.
This occurs no matter who is logged into the machine. However, the same person can log into another machine and *not* experience the problem, so it doesn't appear user specific.
I have cleared out the Forms cache and even uninstalled and reinstalled Office to no avail. Any ideas?
