Outlook 2000 - can receive but not send.

Just switched from Outlook Express to outlook 2000. I am using exactly the same settings but find that I can receive but not send. Message is returned with following message:

SMTP error from remote mailer after end of data:
host mail-incoming.hostsave.com [207.150.192.13]:
550 5.7.2 Refused at request of postmaster

The SMTP server is correctly set.

If you are 1000 % sure it is correct, then check it again, a typo is easily made.
If you get the Refused error, check if it still works with Express.
And did you contact the ISP? That would be the first thing to do.
