Outlook 2000 can not resolve a host name.

HI,
we are using outlook 2000 at the client end and have exchange 5.5 on a server witn sp6 on nt4.0.

all details are correct when entered for the mail acc but when checking the name it comes back with "host name can not be resolved...."etc

Any answers???
