Outlook 2000 and screenshots

To All

We recently migrated from Lotus Notes to Outlook 2000 and I am having a small problem.

When users send me email with screenshots of their desktop, and I have the preview pane open, Outlook takes a good 20 seconds for the email to appear (become readable). Is there anyway of making this quicker?

Even when the preview pane is closed and I go and open the email, the same thing happens

Thanks for any help
