Outlook 2000 Advanced Administration

I was wondering if there is a way of making a change to Outlook settings across the network for all the users without having to go to each user and do it manually.

Specifically, I want to change all the user's settings so that it saves the AutoArchive pst file to the same folder. Anyway to do this in a batch file or script of some sort?
