I'm trying to set up an email requestor service that will automatically reply with an attachment. I am trying to use the Rules Wizard to create this function. The attachment is just an Excel file that is updated every night.
As I see it, there are two possible ways to acheive this.
1. Create a script that will create the response and insert the attachment.
2. Create a template that can some how automatically include the updated Excel file.
I have had no success using both methods. Does anybody have any ideas on how to acheive this. Maybe you have an exmaple script that I could use ? Is scripting the best method or is it possible to create a template to acheive this ?
I'd be grateful for any ideas you may have.
